Product notification according to § 45 CLP Regulation

Hazardous mixtures have to be notified to the competent authorities according to Article 45 of the CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, so that important information is available to the Poisons Information Centres, the Federal Environment Agency and the Land Offices for Consumer Protection in case of damage. With the harmonisation of this product notification according to Annex VIII of the CLP Regulation, the process of notification, using the PCN format, is now unified.
