Laboratory database and formula management

(currently only available for desktop application)

The module “Laboratory database” is an independent part of the programme and enables the integrative use of substance data via a common database, from the development of a formula/product/intermediate to sales.

With the “laboratory database” module, data can be transferred from the development of formulas to the creation of safety data sheets. Redundancies are thus avoided. The classification functionality can be used to consider marketability already during the development of a new product.

Easy handling

All chemical-physical data can be stored and the formula can be classified according to the substance/preparation directive or according to the CLP regulation (GHS).

Display of formulas in different forms

A nesting of formulas into further formulas can be resolved over many levels and displayed at any time. In addition, information can be defined that may be transmitted to your sales department via the formulas.

Basis for the creation of safety data sheets, labels and operating instructions

The formula is used as the basis for the subsequent creation. All chemical-physical values are taken over.

Interface to the ERP system

Formula and price calculations can be carried out in real time via interfaces. In addition, production instructions, statistics, sample labels and much more can be created and managed.
