Due to our activities in various committees and the lively exchange of technical information, we at epos AG have our finger on the pulse of the times and can include both the current view of the authorities and that of industry representatives.
After the three-month implementation phase, we recommend concluding a service contract for further maintenance of the system and user support. Only through the maintenance and upkeep of the software and the database can adequate investment protection be guaranteed. The software and the legal lists contained in the database are updated quarterly. This is the only way to ensure constant, legally compliant work with hazardous substance data. You can make unlimited use of our support during the term of the service contract.
Despite extensive quality assurance measures, errors or unwanted behaviour of the software can occur after the updates have been sent. As a rule, only a few users are affected. Our goal here is to rectify any faults that occur at short notice and to provide all users with a solution immediately. This is done with the help of service packs.
